The sun's rays still pierce the tall grass. The light is lower, heavier, and focused. The color shifts. In "Grasses-Last" the ordinary moment persists, but its weight shifts. More silence, less certainty. The fleeting impression transforms into a meditation on change and memory. The protagonist almost completely blends into the landscape, and the boundaries between him and his surroundings become less distinct.
